About a year ago I opened warung Jepun on Sriwedari Street Taman Kaja about 500 meters from the Main Road Ubud. Warung in Indonesian can either mean a small shop or a small restaurant. In my case it is a small restaurant. Here we serve Balinese and Indonesian dishes as well as premium quality coffee like cappuccino and espresso.

From our warung you have a nice view of rice fields.
Sriwedari Street is a good road for cycling as it is not very steep. People can also see different aspects of daily village life on this street.

Besides running my restaurant I am also involved in an organization called BKM Ubud which helps building houses for the poor people in our village. We also help upgrade roads and gutters. We also provide free English, Computer classes and free health checks.
At my restaurant I also teach young people hospitality who want to work in restaurants.
